WhatsApp Carousel Message is one of the best ways to showcase your product and offer to your customers keeping focus on all the items with dedicated cards. (Shown in the image below) Creating a WhatsApp Carousel template is a fairly easy task on Cheerio AI.
1. Login to your Cheerio Dashboard and go to the template library from the navigation menu
2. Click the Create Template button on the top right and select WhatsApp Template from the drop-down.
3. Select the marketing as carousel templates are mostly approved in marketing type only
4. Enter the name of the template and make sure you follow the guidelines given below for naming
5. Select template type as carousel from the drop-down and the Language you want for your template
6. Now click on next and here you will have the builder to create the template
7. Add text in the message bubble (The message bubble is a top component of the carousel message which contains the common text as context for the card you will be adding) you want to add.
8. Click the "add card" button to add cards in your message. You can add up to 10 cards to your message template.
9. Each card contains a header, a body text, and at least 1 button. (Shown in the image above at point no. 7)
10. Once you have added your required no. of card you can hit on submit template.
11. Meta usually takes up to 4 hours to approve a template. Once your template is approved, its status will be updated from pending to approved.
